Helping in the Community
February 9, 2022

Volunteering benefits nonprofits, but to be fair, it can also benefit you. I know personally that working with a non profit gives an individual an opportunity to help others find a sense of purpose and make new friends. Getting involved is so easy and you don’t have to look very far to find the right group for you. The list of groups needing your help includes local governments, churches, youth service groups, and professional organizations that are out there making a difference. I’m a Chandler Kiwanis member and an advisory board member for the Chandler branch of the Salvation Army. We help children and I can tell you today that we have a place for you. No Pressure!
